About Us
TMP is an after-school activity that offers children living in and around Thetford the opportunity to learn an instrument or sing and perform with others.
Lessons take place on Mondays after school during term time at Thetford Academy, Croxton Road, Thetford, IP24 1LH.
Thetford Music Project (TMP) is supported by Norfolk Music Hub and the TMP 100 club.
Cost of lessons range from £3 up to £9 for 30 minutes. Some group sessions are free !
We also loan out musical instruments free of charge to our TMP members.
TMP runs on most Mondays during school term time starting at 3.00pm and finishing at 7pm.
Lessons are allocated in 30 minute slots and we offer the following :

* Drums * Voice
* Keyboard * Theory
Ensembles
* Singing Group 5.30-6pm
* Djembe 6.00-6.30pm
* String Ensemble 6pm-6.30pm
* Ukulele 5pm-5.30pm
We have 11 dedicated tutors and approx. 90 students attending each week ranging from age 6yrs up to 17 yrs .
